JILI77 JILI Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

Titles from JILI show up in lobbies across Philippine-facing casinos, and this page sticks to what the company itself states instead of what operators say about it.

Who JILI is

A founding year is not published. No corporate source states one.

Licences the studio holds

Records give JILI as holding: PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department). Studio licences and operator licences are different things: the first covers the company making the games, the second the casino offering them, and a player’s recourse goes through the operator’s regulator, not the studio’s.

• PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) — The approved electronic games list from PAGCOR EGLD names JILI titles. Neither an operator licence nor any PAGCOR operator status belongs to JILI; the approval simply lets PAGCOR-licensed operators use the game content.

Titles covered on this site

This site has its own page for 5 JILI titles: Super Ace, Boxing King, Golden Empire, Crazy 777, Dragon Treasure.

Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Royal Fishing, Golden Empire are the titles JILI itself puts forward on its own pages. Think of it as the studio advertising its own catalogue. On the question of what any casino carries, or what has a page here, it is silent.

Whether JILI publishes RTP

Return-to-player figures are something JILI leaves out of its own game pages. Third-party aggregation is where any RTP for one of its titles found elsewhere originates, and those sources contradict each other. This site does not quote one.

The RTP figure is missing from JILI’s own game pages. Fourteen official jiligames.com title pages were checked in full, and RTP is not a field on any. Repeating an aggregator’s figure would mean picking a side, as they quote numbers anyway and disagree with each other by as much as two points on the same title; none is repeated here.

This matters more than it sounds. Without a primary source behind it, a return-to-player figure that gets repeated from one comparison site to the next is not evidence of anything; the figure is only as good as its source.

JILI in the Philippine market

Its Philippines-facing marketing site runs alongside game content that PAGCOR EGLD has approved. No PAGCOR operator licence is held by JILI itself, as legal commentary stresses, which puts the weight on the operator’s own licence, not JILI’s name, for any site carrying JILI games.

JILI versus the studios people mix it up with

Some aggregators blur the line with TaDa Gaming, presenting the two as sister brands under common ownership and assigning titles including Fortune Gems to TaDa, not JILI. Presented as a conflation and not as a fact about ownership, this comes from industry commentary rather than from JILI’s own site. Ceasing operations in January 2024, the ‘Jili777’ brand was an unlicensed entity of its own and not this studio.
