JILI77 Game Providers — Every Studio Covered Here

Different companies under different regulators, a game studio and a casino get mixed up more than any other point in this area. Covered across these pages are the studios whose titles appear in Philippine-facing lobbies, including their identity, the scope of their actual licences, and whether a return-to-player figure that anyone can check is published.

Everything in this section

Each of the 5 pages covers one entry alone and does not summarise several. When a field above says “not published”, the entry’s own page names who would have been the one to publish it.

Each entry in a paragraph

Just enough detail on each to tell you which page deserves a click.

JILI explained

No founding year is given, and no headquarters is stated for it. Slots, fishing games, table and card games, bingo make up its catalogue.

On its page the records start from PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department), ahead of any other entry. The approved electronic games list from PAGCOR EGLD names JILI titles.

It publishes no RTP. Its titles get no figure from this site, and what circulates elsewhere consists of third-party estimates that contradict one another.

The Evolution entry

Founded 2006, based in Stockholm, Sweden. Builds live dealer casino, live game shows.

On its page, the record at the top is Malta Gaming Authority. Evolution Gaming Malta Limited, the holder of MGA/CRP/187/2010, a licence.

With RTP published by the studio, any figure quoted for one of its titles can be traced back to it. Evolution’s game-show titles are recorded as publishing RTP, with third-party sources reporting their RTP figures consistently..

CQ9 Gaming in full

No founding year is given, and no headquarters is stated for it. Its products are slots, fishing games, table games, arcade games.

On its page the records start from PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department), ahead of any other entry. A list approving game content is available on PAGCOR’s own site.

It publishes no RTP. Its titles get no figure from this site, and what circulates elsewhere consists of third-party estimates that contradict one another.

Pragmatic Play in full

Founded 2015, based in Gibraltar. Its products are slots, live casino, bingo, crash games, virtual sports.

On its page, the record at the top is Malta Gaming Authority. Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited holds the licence numbered MGA/B2B/619/2018.

With RTP published by the studio, any figure quoted for one of its titles can be traced back to it. On its own game pages, Pragmatic gives a single RTP for each title, and that figure is the highest in a set.

PG Soft explained

Founded 2015, based in Valletta, Malta. Builds slots.

On its page, the record at the top is Malta Gaming Authority. Licence MGA/B2B/435/2017 sits with Pocket Games Software Limited (C 76195).

With RTP published by the studio, any figure quoted for one of its titles can be traced back to it. Without rendering it on the visitor’s page, PG Soft publishes RTP in its game data: the visible field is a blank dash, and the figure sits in the data the server sends with the page.

Game provider details can be checked inside the game itself

Taking any of this on faith is unnecessary. All licence claims across these pages were taken from a public register, and these registers are open to anyone:

1. Searching the MGA authorisation portal under the company name, not the brand name, is how you check a Malta licence. A subsidiary with a different name frequently holds the licence, for example Pragmatic Solutions MT Limited, which holds Pragmatic Play’s Malta licence, and nothing called Pragmatic Play does.
2. Checking a UK licence means searching the Gambling Commission public register with the account number. When a licence is active, its record lists the activities and the start date of each, and if the holder has faced a regulatory settlement, that too is on the same record.
3. The studio’s approved-games PDF, hosted on pagcor.ph, is what you consult for a PAGCOR EGLD listing. Look closely at what it approves, which is game content for licensed operators. Unless the document states that the studio holds a licence, assume it does not.
4. For an RTP figure, the studio’s own page for the specific title is where to open. No comparison site can provide a figure that is missing from there — and when two comparison sites contradict each other, that contradiction is the finding.

The thing most often got wrong here

Most important to separate here are a PAGCOR operator licence and a PAGCOR EGLD listing. For a studio’s game content to appear in an EGLD listing, PAGCOR must have approved it for use by the operators it licenses. The studio holds no licence through it, and it tells you nothing about any casino that carries those games.

Only for four of the seven studios below does that stand as the whole record. Plain wording on each of their pages makes this clear, because “PAGCOR listed” and “PAGCOR licensed” are a single word apart yet far apart in meaning, and what readers usually hope to find is the second.

Finding game providers at JILI77

1. Once you have signed in at JILI77, the game lobby is the next stop.
2. To find a title, filter the lobby by studio or type its name into search.
3. Read the stake range and paytable on a game’s info screen by opening it before you play.
4. Before anything else, fix a session budget, and put low stakes on studios that are new to you.
