JILI77 Evolution Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

Titles from Evolution show up in lobbies across Philippine-facing casinos, and this page sticks to what the company itself states instead of what operators say about it.

Who Evolution is

A catalogue size is not published. How many titles the studio has is left out of anything it states.

Whether Evolution publishes RTP

Since Evolution publishes a return-to-player figure on its own game pages, any RTP you see quoted for one of its titles leads back to the studio and not to an aggregator.

Evolution’s game-show titles are recorded as publishing RTP, with third-party sources reporting their RTP figures consistently.

This matters more than it sounds. Repeating a number between comparison sites does not turn it into evidence when no primary source stands behind it, because a return-to-player figure is only as good as its source.

Licences the studio holds

Evolution holds the following on record: Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, Approximately twenty further jurisdictions. Do not mix up a studio licence and an operator licence — the former covers the company making the games and not the casino offering them, so a player’s recourse goes through the operator’s regulator and not the studio’s.

• Malta Gaming Authority — Evolution Gaming Malta Limited, the holder of MGA/CRP/187/2010, a licence. The casino vertical B2B Critical Supply Licence, status Licensed, is confirmed on the MGA’s verification portal.
• UK Gambling Commission — Account 41655 holds active remote licences for gambling software, dating from October 2015, and for game host (casino), dating from August 2021. A review into anti-money-laundering failings that let unlicensed sites offer Evolution games to UK players led to a regulatory settlement of £4.75m in July 2026. The settlement amounted to a public statement and not a suspension, and the licence stays active, but because it appears on the regulator’s own public register it is recorded here.
• Approximately twenty further jurisdictions — Evolution’s own compliance page shows licences held in Curacao, South Africa, Sweden, Spain, Romania, Latvia, the Isle of Man, Greece, Gibraltar, Denmark, Bulgaria and Belgium, as well as several US states and Canadian provinces, among others.

Titles covered on this site

JILI77 has no Evolution title guide. Evolution appears on JILI77 for its licensing record rather than its catalogue.

Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly Live and Immersive Roulette are the titles Evolution itself features on its own pages. Think of it as the studio advertising its own catalogue. Which of them a casino carries, and which have pages here, is not covered by it.

Evolution in the Philippine market

In 2025 it opened its first Asian live-casino studio, located in Cebu, together with local partner One Visaya Gaming. The Cebu studio keeps streaming to operators under a separate B2B licence, while OVG’s own PAGCOR B2C licence was revoked in August 2025. There is also a PAGCOR EGLD approved live-dealer list covering Evolution.

Playing Evolution games at JILI77

1. Log in to JILI77, then head to the game lobby.
2. Either narrow the lobby down to Evolution or type the title’s name into search.
3. The stake range and paytable sit on a game’s info screen, so open it first.
4. Decide on a session budget before you play, and keep the stake low while a new title is unfamiliar.
